I am proud to be the Broker-Owner of Werner & Co., founded in 2023 with a mission to redefine real estate by serving clients and embracing their dreams. At Werner & Co., we deliver exceptional real estate experiences through innovation, expertise, and dedication to exceeding expectations.

Local Roots, Local Expertise:
Jefferson City is not just where I work; it's my home. My deep connection to this community aligns perfectly with our mission to turn aspirations into reality. I take great pride in introducing clients to the best that our area has to offer, from restaurants to attractions and, most importantly, helping them find their dream homes.
Additionally, the Lake of the Ozarks holds a special place in my heart as my childhood getaway. It's only a short 50-minute drive away, and my fond memories of this beautiful area have fueled my passion for helping clients discover their own piece of paradise in this serene lakeside haven.
Education and Experience:
In 2014, I earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Management from Columbia College. During my academic journey, I also balanced various roles in the professional world, as an accountant, a tech administrator, and a vacation rental manager with properties both the Lake of the Ozarks area and Gulf Shores, AL. During this time, I’ve obtained my Missouri real estate salesperson license in 2013.
Since transitioning to a full-time career in real estate in 2015, I've made it a priority to continually enhance my knowledge and skills. I've achieved a multitude of certifications and designations*, most notably obtaining my Missouri real estate broker license in 2019.
Dedication to Professional Growth:
I am an active member of key real estate organizations, including the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS®, Missouri REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. My dedication to our profession extends to serving on numerous committees at both the local and state levels, a path that has led to my position as the 2023 President at the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS®.
In recognition of my contributions to the field, I was honored to receive the prestigious Brady Stevens Award** from Missouri REALTORS® in 2021, alongside several other recognitions that mark significant milestones in my career.

**The Brady Stevens Award is presented annually to the preceding year’s outstanding graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. In 1977, the association established the award in affectionate memory of longtime Joplin REALTOR® and 1963 Missouri REALTORS® President, Brady Stevens. For many years Mr. Stevens led the statewide effort to develop and promote truly professional real estate education. He believed that members who promoted professionalism in real estate practice, actively participated in REALTOR® organization affairs and devoted themselves to ongoing professional development, should receive special recognition. The Brady Stevens Award honors graduates of the REALTOR® Institute who conduct their professional lives in the spirit of that tradition.
